I don’t know what’s up with the low reviews...everyone there has been nothing but polite and very helpful. From the drive-through service, calling in, to the walk up window—the service has been top notch. This is only my 3rd review ever and I wanted to give a better representation of this pharmacy.

First, I don't understand all the negative reviews about this location. I recently transferred all of my prescriptions to the Rancho Sahuarita pharmacy because that's where we shop. I must admit the reviews I read had me a tad concerned. Well, it was all for naught. My med transfers went so smoothly and the staff there couldn't have been more helpful. Traci, the pharmacy manager, was fabulous. I called there several times to make sure things were moving along, and she was patient, friendly and helpful to the 10th power. Forget the negative reviews; I highly recommend this pharmacy and I'm pleased to call them "home".

I have lived in Sahuarita for a few years now. I have not always had the greatest experience with a Frys Pharmacy in the past. But I think positive review is just as important as a negative review! They have hired a gentleman named Rylan… and ever since he has been in the pharmacy, he is always a joy to work with! He is efficient, thorough, and always very pleasant! He’s a joy to deal with!

After being told I was lucky to wait at the Walgreens pharmacy drive through for over an hour earlier this week, I switched to Fry’s drive through pharmacy for my prescription today. They are busy, as are all pharmacies right now, however, I received a text when my order was ready. I drove up and waited two minutes in the drive through. Both Brooke and Fran were very helpful, much nicer than the Walgreen, on Nogales, staff. Thank you! I’m glad I switched to Fry’s.

Really surprised at the negative reviews. I've been a customer since they opened & they've always been courteous & friendly. Yes, sometimes my orders were not ready, but usually in the winter months when our winter visitors are here & they're extra busy. I've never had a rude encounter with any employee & exercise my patience when they're out of a medication if it's something we can wait a few days for. I've never seen them standing around doing nothing, they're always working hard in a very busy store.

I don't get the negative reviews. I transferred my Rx from Walgreens (THEY were rude!), and haven't had a single problem. The pharmacy manager, Tracy, helped me work thru a problem with a dr who wouldn't return my phone call, and was so nice and helpful. My scripts are ready when promised. I'm one very happy customer.

As a retired retail pharmacist, I am very pleased with Fry’s pharmacy…the public doesn’t seem to understand the pressures and stresses that affect the pharmacy staff throughout the work day…consider this: you are pulled in all directions…immunizations, insurance issues, drive-thru sales, phones ringing constantly, patients asking questions and there’s always FILLING THE PRESCRIPTIONS: CORRECTLY!!! As the patient, please be more considerate and be patient…

This afternoon I went here for the first time today not realizing they don’t accept my insurance. My medication was going to be $200. The pharmacy tech saw that I was a little stressed by this and understood I couldn’t wait for my doctor to order it again to a different pharmacy. I was ready to pay the $200 when the tech decided to spend a few minutes finding a coupon online for me which brought the cost down to $40. She went above and beyond to help me out and I greatly appreciate it.

After using this pharmacy for about 2 years now, don't know why this pharmacy gets so much hate. The pharmacists are always busy whenever I've stood in line there keeping busy. Some occasions they did not recieve my prescription over the phone, so I'd just call and they'd start working on it right away. One time I had a trip planned, they were running behind so I called and explained the situation. The lady who answered was very nice and said she would start working on it right away before I had to leave town. The gentleman usually at the pickup counter is always friendly and professional. Hours are fine I think if they had one more pharmacist on hand they wouldn't be so overworked. Can tell these are good people with a lot of prescriptions to hand out. Always clean, polite, professional and friendly.

All of the pharmacists and techs have been incredible. I've been going to this pharmacy for 5 years now and have been meet with patience and kindness. When there is an issue with a medication or I have additional questions all staff are able to answer these questions and treat me with respect. They are sometimes seen to be rude because they are efficient.
